## Methodology

No figure in the career directory is generated by an AI model. Official pay comes from the federal
wage survey; some specialty careers also show a labelled industry-reported figure beside it.
Personality fit scores are deterministic calculations labelled as NueCareer analysis. They do not
predict job performance or satisfaction. Where the government publishes no figure, none is shown.

## How the app uses the data

- Quiz results are scored against the directory by a fixed matching engine.
- Dashboard roles are chosen by AI from the directory catalog and linked to the nearest occupation.
  Pay on a role card is an AI estimate and is labelled as one.
- Fixed rules check those roles, including whether a required license or degree is missing.
- The AI coach receives the federal record for a directory career and is told to use its market numbers.
