- Perform endoscopic ultrasound and fine-needle sampling of pancreatic and other tumors
- Remove large polyps and early cancers with endoscopic resection techniques
- Drain pancreatic fluid collections through the stomach wall
- Treat achalasia and other swallowing disorders endoscopically
- Control upper and lower gastrointestinal bleeding
